We don’t use cardio equipment while reading a magazine at our gym. In fact, if you can read while working out, then you simply aren’t working hard enough! At CrossFit, we exercise using free weights, barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, pull ups bars and body weight movements. Our training is challenging and intense but it works.
