During the month of December people get busy, and that’s life.  Gyms and classes are generally less busy during the month of December.  At CrossFit N6, our class sizes are smaller than most gyms, which gives you  quality time with your coach.  You’ll be getting quality attention in a small group setting that will allow you to hone your skills. If you are new to CrossFit, this is a great time to start as more time can be spent on technical movements.
 Have a Merry Smart Christmas
Far too often we see people going hard during the holidays and trying to work off all that fun in January.  Why not come in, get started, make better life choices, and have a balanced holiday. You’ll learn about nutrition, movement and hard work.  All that great knowledge will carry you through the holidays, and allow you to enjoy your time with family, friends, food and drink while making informed decisions.
Build M omentum
Get in shape, learn the movements and be ready to hit it hard after the holidays.  It’s easier to continue to exercise after the holidays than it is to start.  Parties, lounging, and relaxing or running around the whole time can leave you exhausted and starting can be hard.  Start now and get the momentum that will help you barrel through the holidays and hit January hard.
Gear Up
Everyone knows that when someone starts CrossFit, a few things happen.  They get fit as hell, they can’t stop talking about it, they want to work out all the time, and they love their gear.  With all the sales in December  (Boxing Day) you’ll be glad you started now.  Get in, get fit, and get some sale swag.
 Don’t be Silly
Resolutions are great but let’s be honest, they seldom work and they are a little silly.  One of the biggest problems people have is waiting to start something.  “I’ll eat better starting Monday.” Like your body will know it is Monday and will no longer crave bad food.  Same with exercise, your body doesn’t know it is January! It does not have a concept of time or months, it just wants to move.  You’ll learn that with CrossFit, consistency is the key to long term success.  You won’t have a great workout every time you step foot in the gym but you showed up, went hard, and didn’t let the stress of life stop you from taking action and making the decision to move.  So let’s not be silly and wait for a number, show up and start NOW.
