Great workout this morning everyone, and please remember to weigh and measure in today to keep track and be consistent with that goal of yours. 

Today we hit some front squats, so remember to get those passkey elbows up. Don't worry, coach Seb has you. 

The purpose of the wod besides honouring a great hero, is to test our intensity and speed, done under control and practicing good moment ALWAYS. You get a 3 min REST between every round so kick ass and don't hold back.
